How Does It Work?
You may find that just 2 hours of coaching makes a real difference to you – it can have that effect. There is great value in spending a good 2 hours of dedicated time together during each session, however we can also spread the sessions out to 1 hour slots on a weekly basis if that suits you better. We find your personal coaching commitment that feels right and works best for you.
A package of 6.5 hours across 4 sessions is a powerful way to begin making long lasting and significant changes. These are life changing and motivational hours and you always remain in the driving seat and decide how long you want support for.
As I tailor and individualise every coaching session to fit perfectly with whatever you as a client are presenting, these session outlines are open to flexibility. I work to your pace, you are in control and I will use my skills to guide you to the change you want.
An example package of 6.5 hours:
30 minute FREE Introductory Session (Face to face, via Skype, Zoom or over the phone) – When you are ready to start coaching after this, you will come back to me in your own time. You may want to book in for your first session immediately and that’s also perfect.
(usually a 2-3 week break between sessions is ideal)
- Session 1 (Face to Face or via Skype/Zoom) 2 hrs
- Session 2 (Face to Face or via Skype/Zoom) 2 hrs
- Session 3 (Face to Face or via Skype/Zoom) 2 hrs
Between all sessions I am also available for ongoing coaching support and questions via messenger, text or email.
My Coaching Rates:
My Hourly Personal Coaching rate is £65
Each 2 hour session = £130
(reduced to £120 if located at your own home or via Skype/Zoom)
A package of 6 hours = £390
(or £360 if located at your home or via Skype/Zoom)
Payment for each session is due upfront at least 48 hours before the appointment and can be made via Direct BACS Transfer or online via PayPal.
